Richie Fortunato

Richie Fortunato, Realtor® | Orlando Property Advisors

Richie Fortunato is a U.S. military veteran who brings the same discipline and commitment to every client he serves. He's also a veteran of Central Florida's new home industry. For more than 10 years he worked with some of the region's biggest production builders and helped hundreds of families build new homes in Orlando, St. Cloud, Lake Nona, Windermere and Winter Garden.

Today Richie pairs that builder experience with hands-on renovation know-how. He partners with C.N. Romack Inc., a licensed Central Florida builder that handles custom homes, full-service renovations and restorations. Together they help clients with remodels and flips. Richie has helped many relocation clients find the right house that just needs a little work, because he can see a home's potential and knows what it will take to get there.

When he's not out around greater Orlando looking for his next project, you'll find Richie volunteering at local St. Cloud events and coaching youth sports with his family.
